I realize I’ve been posting a fair amount of artists whom I’ve known for years…blah, blah, blah…..BUT Jerro is quite the opposite. I usually know precisely where and how I found a track or who showed it to me, but I cannot for the life of me pinpoint this one. I firmly believe it just walked into my likes on Spotify one morning and I’m sure as hell glad it did.
Belgium-based Jeroen Decosemaker has received praise from close confidants Lane 8 and Rylan Taggart, both of whom are no small name artists. This track was actually released on Lane 8’s “This Never Happened” label. He is quickly climbing the ranks of melodic-house producers, and I can’t wait to see what he puts out in 2020.
If you’re like me and tend to stick to ambient, vocal-less music while you work then you need to toss Jerro into your rotation. His BPMs are high enough to keep you awake, but the synths are mellow enough to keep you focused.
