Toronto artist Sage Harris is on course to become an R&B legend in the making.
The R&B virtuoso is the definition of a triple threat; a singer by trade, dancer by passion, and has blossomed into an increasingly talented songwriter.
Sage recently released his debut EP, titled Prince Hills, where he also unofficially broke a world record for being the first R&B artist to sing upside down (pictured below); he sure knows how to grab your attention. Single after single, Harris has built up a loyal fan base, playing on radio stations around the world.
Today we are introduced to his newest single “Let Me Know?” with Atlanta R&B legends Jagged Edge. The tune may sound familiar, taking a cut from the group’s early 2000s hit single “Where the Party At?” (with Nelly). I love this reboot because Harris takes juuuuuust the right amount from the original and uses it as his backdrop to which he truly makes the song his own.

Harris is keen to realize how massive of a feature he has on the track. You can hear how grateful he is:
“A dream come true is an understatement to how honoured I feel to have a legendary R&B group whom I’ve admired for my whole life share a song with me. I will forever be grateful and hope the world and R&B lovers feel the same way about the song as I did making it.”
Sage Harris is a newer name for me, but I can assure you he will be in my rotation moving forward. Big things ahead for the Toronto artist.
