If you’re looking for a fresh new jam to start your weekend off the right way, look no further. GANZ kindly accepts that mission head on and we thank him for that.
If you’re like me, you may recognize GANZ’s name from his flip on Hermitude’s HyperParadise (Flume Remix) – a timeless track that got his name out there. However, he is much much more than that. Over the past few years, his releases have pushed electronic boundaries and carved his own place in the heavily populated experimental EDM industry.
His newest track “If I Could Be Loved” came to me as a “vibrant and colorful” electro anthem, which describes the song to a T. The vocals from Eline Mann provide the fast-paced tune with something to focus on, which I’m a huge fan of. GANZ had this to say on the collaboration with Mann: “I really liked her voice and specifically the raw edge which made her voice sound unique to me.”
I tend to agree ^. I would love to see these two link up again (potentially for a summer EP?).
If you’re into future house or hyper-house or if you’re generally a fan of good music…check this and the rest of GANZ’s catalog out. There’s something unmistakably unique about his music, which is the ultimate testament of a good artist.
I’ve been listening to “If I Could Be Loved” nonstop for the past few weeks so I have HIGH hopes for his summer releases. Keep him on your radar – I guarantee you won’t regret it.
