As an artist, Harry Nathan is always looking for new and innovative ways to explore new topics through music.
This time, he’s taken a cosmically powerful quote from famous astronomer Carl Sagan and flipped it into a groovy, melody-laden house track: “In a cosmic perspective, most human concerns seem insignificant, even petty. And yet our species isyoung and curious and brave and shows much promise”
Harry is set to release his latest EP, “Cosmic Perspective” in late March 2023, and today, Harry is giving us a taste of what we can expect with his new single, “Understanding.”
“Understanding,” is a perfect example of Harry’s unique take on indie-house – it’s a hauntingly beautiful exploration of the “emotional turbulence that comes with matters of the heart” says Nathan. Known for his musical curiosity of the unkown, “Understanding” is a song that will stay with you long after the first listen.
When asked for his take on the new track Harry had this to say:
“Understanding’ is not just about trying to make sense of a relationship, though more so about trying to understand our overall human existence and our complicated emotions in comparison to this vast universe”
