Brooklyn-bred artist Kevin Holliday is back with another infectiously catchy single to start off 2022 on the right foot.

“Expensive Taste” is the blossoming artist’s first of many singles for the new year and it’s an absolute keeper. You may have saw Kevin Holliday’s name on Deviate a few months ago when he came on The Two-Minute Talk to talk about his past single “Tennis Courts” (759K streams and counting). Since then he’s played a number of shows in the NYC/Brooklyn area, mastering new singles, and above all else, picking up shifts at his family’s laundromat in Bed-Stuy.
“Expensive Taste is a playful spin on how mixing money and lust can go wrong” says Holliday. Featuring his signature retro, 80’s funk-inspired backdrop, Kevin gracefully give his take on a predicament people often find themselves in.
